- Verify quality and concentration of deployed total RNA by using the Agilent Bioanalyzer®
- Measure DNA and protein absorption in one sample at defined wave lengths
- Judge the purity of the sample, determine the concentration of total RNA
- Evaluate integrity of the RNA by applying a denaturing gel electrophoresis with agarose gel
