Workflow
1. Pre-experimental consultation
- Develop individual study design
- Analyze costs Plan and realize experiments
- Create individual time schedule
2. Biobank organization
- Support sample collection (sample type, collection interval, etc.)
3. Micro-arrays and reagents selection
- Select and order Illumina® BeadChip arrays
4. Sample preparation
- Take-over of the sample – documentation and storage
- Prepare RNA sample including quality test
- RNA-source: cell culture, tissue, whole blood
- RNA quality test: purity, concentration, degradation, etc.
- Reverse transcription and amplification according to standard protocol provided by Ambion
5. Micro-array hybridization and scanning
- Hybridize, wash, and scan micro-arrays

6. Primary biostatistical analysis
