Additionally to the current portfolio, SIRS-Lab has developed a full library of tested functional microbiological PCR assays. This extensive collection of reference stocks provides an excellent basis for future regulatory submissions and clinical validity studies.
This assay pool is the source for individual PCR assays, ready for your applications.

Using an LC – MaldiTOF approach, several proteomic targets, able to discriminate different Chlamydia species, were identified and claimed for diagnostic use.
SIRS-Lab defined more than 700 possible bacterial and fungal targets, e.g. pathogenicity factors as well as resistance markers. These targets are the starting point for the development of molecular tests.

Within the VYOO^® product development process, more than 9,000 different PCR assays were designed and 1000 tested functional assays were developed.
This unique microbiological toolbox serves as starting point for a very fast detection of microbial targets.
